Tit 2:3 The aged women likewise, that [they be] in behaviour as becometh holiness, not false accusers, not given to much wine, teachers of good things;
Father LORD, we are grateful for today. As we go through this write-up, please teach us to know and obey Your Will for our lives in Jesus’ Name Amen.
Our opening scripture today at our Ladies’ corner, is specifically instructing God’s older women on His “code of conduct” for us. I pray we put ourselves in the shoes of these “older women” Bible is taking about to further understand and live with this instruction.
We can relate with these women because i believe whatever stage we are in our journey with the LORD, we become models others look up to. With this in mind, please do not imagine this message is solely for the women’s fellowship of your Church. It came to you for a purpose, so i pray, that purpose is fulfilled.
Now, in living up to our full Potentials, can we imagine that God will love us to do so and consider ourselves as always living in His Sacred Assembly, with a Godly behaviour at our every move?
Here is what i’m driving at, that we are so conscious of God that, we want everything we “do and do not do” to Glorify Him.
Not just on the level of thoughts alone, but on that level where we consider Him to be the motive for *each* step we take.
That level where our walk, talk and work is directed to please Him alone at every moment in time, not to get the applauds of men, but to please Him.
When we do this, He will favour us in His sight and in the sight of men.
I pray we get this priority right, stay connected to the Vine..
Have a Blessed Weekend😘
