Text: John 1:14
And the Word was made flesh, and dwelt among us, (and we beheld his glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father,) full of grace and truth.
Taking the step of faith is one of the greatest risks one can take. Sincerely speaking, that takes a deep conviction and personal revelation of God to walk in that dimension.
John the Baptist proclaimed that, behold the lamb of God who takes away the sins of the world. After walking with Jesus for three and half years whiles He was with them in the flesh and even fellowshipping with the resurrected Christ, John, Jesus’ disciple explained that he beheld His glory, the glory as begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. On the account of John the Baptist’s testimony, the people knew the Carpenter’s son, but after walking with Him, John actually reveals what He carefully saw when He was with Jesus.
There is a place for unfolding revelation in our fellowship with the Father and Son. It takes careful attention in looking up unto Christ, irrespective of the distractions and setbacks, to behold His glory. What you see is His personality manifested in His word and works.
