It’s a gift!!!
TEXT: Ephesians 2:8
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God—
MESSAGE
The moment you believe that Jesus died for you, God saves you by His Grace. You dare not take credit for that; He freely gives it unto us.
Whenever we work for something, we can boast of it as a reward or a wage. But God, knowing the pride of men, planned and purposed salvation as a gift, having stirred our consciences to appreciate it by giving the law. That is, you would not do anything to be saved, “you need to accept the gift”.
So, God’s free gift He has purposed for man from the beginning of creation is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord. (Romans 5:15).
